ABOUT
The "Meet the Industry" Conference
The Jean-Marie Lehn Foundation regularly organizes « Meet the Industry » events to foster interactions between students and researchers in chemistry at the University of Strasbourg and companies in the sector. These meetings aim to build bridges between the academic world and industry, helping participants better understand the challenges and needs of the industry.
Why organize « Meet the Industry »?
Networking and Exchange: Providing students and researchers with the opportunity to meet top-level executives (CEOs, R&D directors of major companies) from the industry, exchange ideas, and make valuable contacts for their future careers.
Understanding Industrial Challenges: Allowing participants to familiarize themselves with the current challenges and opportunities in the market, and adapt their research and skills to meet the real needs of the industry.
Research Valorization: Demonstrating how academic research can be applied in industrial contexts, thus enhancing the relevance and impact of work done at the university.
Career Opportunities: Helping students discover career prospects and internship or job opportunities within the companies partnered with the Foundation.
